Following are our Refund Policies


Please read them carefully before using our Service.
Since Hostpocket.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable products and services, we will not issue refunds once the payment is completed, and you have accessed the products and received the services.As a customer/client, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item, at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons: Non-delivery of the product Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting our online customer support team, for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 07 days from the order placing date.

Account Approvals

We also manually review all new registrations prior to activating new user accounts. This manual review period is completed in 24 hours of the purchase. Should non-delivery occur, you must contact our Customer Service team to notify us of the problem within 3 days of your placing the order. Should we not be notified within 3 days of your placing the order, the service will be considered received and your account active.

Major defects

Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly to 'Hostpocket.com' technical team.Hostpocket tech-team is allowed to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If a defect is verified and the tech-team fails to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a customer, a refund will be issued in full without any compensations or reimbursements or an alternative option.

Permission for Temporary Access

Please be advised, that temporary access to your server can be requested by Hostpocket's technical assistance team, in order to identify and fix an issue. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide level of access sufficient for troubleshooting and resolving an issue may lead to declining a refund request.

Product not-as-described

Should you feel that the purchased product and service is not as described on our website/sales page (https://hostpocket.com),such issues must be reported to a Technical Team, within 07 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided, proving that the purchased service is not as it is described on the website's sales page. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Third Party Incompatibility

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those which we specify on our preview page for each product as compatible. We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Un-resolvable Technical Issues

Should we determine that our services and or products are 100% non-functional (for example, your server is unable to run our software or connect to the API), full refunds will be issued. This does not apply to performance issues and customer expectations.

A refund is issued to you upon receipt of a Waiver of Copyright signed by you.
